I wish there was a half star option. I can’t even give one star because I never got on the ferry. I guess I can give 1 star for the booking process. They quickly take your money and reservation but they DO NOT give you full information. I booked with an operator by phone because I wanted more information then was provided on their website. I booked 6 weeks in advance for 5 people for a Day trip. I asked serval questions including their cancellation policy. I was told I could cancel and receive a full refund if cancelled 7 days before. Which I did cancel in time. One of our travelers would not receive their renewed passport in time for our day trip. I received confirmation later that day that may cancellation was received and refund would take 7-10 business to show in my account. I waited 14 business dates and no refund. I was then informed that day trips are not refundable. No monies would be returned. I could only reschedule for another time. I have no plans to return to Ft. Lauderdale in the near future so I’m out of $900 plus the cost of travel visas for 5 people. Don’t waste your time. Their customer service doesn’t communicate well. Getting Info is like pulling teeth. You have to know the right questions to ask because they don’t volunteer info and when they do it’s wrong As for the actual trip, boat etc. I can’t say. I didn’t get that far.
