My organisation has been a client for many years, mainly in the field of SharePoint development, with some bespoke solutions. As a liaison on the client side, and using the tools to serve about 1000 end users, I have benefited very much from their skills, professionalism and customer service. Their client portal gives me a good overview of work in progress, and updates are regular from the 'office' team around billing etc.
