I have only good things to say about our experience with Baltic Travel Company! After explaining what we would like to do to Laura Baylis, one of their senior travel consultants, she took care of everything. Her personal experience of the area, what to do, what to see and even what to wear helped us decide what we should do. Not only was our holiday to Svalbard a once in a lifetime experience which we would urge anyone to try, the care with which Laura looked after us leading up to the holiday and then checking in with us upon our return was outstanding. Two points to note - 1) we had never used a travel company before, prefering to book holidays directly and 2) We did try to book this holiday first with Trailfinders who claim to provide a similar service but they were terrible and we ended up cancelling that holiday. We will definitely use Baltic Travel Company again!
