If you are unsure whether to use Baltic Travel Company for your next trip... stop... just call them! I am one of those people who loves to plan trips and usually plan them myself, so was a bit reluctatnt at first, but for our trip to the Ice Hotel in Sweden I decided to use them. Mark was our agent and he was super amazing, he seemed to know exactly what we wanted and what we liked and was able to make some great suggestions and additions to our trip. Everything was well organised and presented and we had all the details which I really liked. I'd like to say everything went smoothly, however, we had weather delays, train delays and plane delays too... these things happen... but with Mark at the end of the phone everything was solved and fixed. It was hugely reassuring to know we had someone there to help us. I honestly cannot recommend Mark and Baltic Travel enough... I'm definately using them again for my next trip to the region!
