Last Monday I tried transferring some money from my bank account in Tinkoff bank to another person's account in a Turkis bank. There where two payments.
The payments were declined by BANCO DE SABADELL (Spain) as an intermediary bank on Tuesday.
It's been more than a week but my payments have not returned to me. I contacted support several times (and for what I know my bank did too). However, Banco de Sabadell keeps telling me that they can't help. And that I have to wait and perhaps someday they will pay me back. So far I have no reason to believe the bank will return my money at all since I can't get any meaningful response. At this moment I am under the impression the bank has stolen my money and I am outraged.
