I bought a new phone and all my passwords were gone - logical! However, there was no way to request or change the password for my Sabadell account, and I have not been able to access it (from Canada) ever since. I've been on emails, phone, messenger with the Bank for months now.
They are useless and I'll look into transferring my business elsewhere
