To save money on their "lost in post" items and without my consent, BangX switched a Royal Mail delivery to courier (DPD). As normal DPD did not deliver on the first two occassions and only on the third because I physically stopped the driver in the road. (I live in a short section of the street which is one way - if the van enters the road at the wrong place, the driver has a ten yards walk.)
When I complained, BangX repeatedly said it didn't matter because they successfully delivered to other customers; they simply disagreed that MY complaint about MY transaction would be addressed.
