I ordered a air quality test monitor from them. The item was defective. I asked to return it within days of receipt while it was still within their warranty. All I got was a run around and delays. They asked for photos and video to show the unit was not working, which I sent to them on 2 different dates. After a month of this back and forth, they finally said I could take it to a local repair facility (of course there are none that I could find), and they stated: "A. Ask and try to repair it in local repair shops. B. Please inform us the maintenance cost, if we accept the cost, you could get it repaired." AVOID THIS CHINESE COMPANY AND USE AMAZON INSTEAD !!!!!
