I bought an RC Plane KIT on banggood (Hookll Cessna 182 V2 1410mm). One screw for the front lending gear was not included and the propeller was a wrong one (doesn't fit - too thick). I asked banggood to send me the spare parts or at least to let me know where to buy them. I got no help and no support. Now i have a kit I cannot complete due to missing and wrong part. I will never ever again buy anything else from banggood. Merchandise quality is poor, customer service even worst (not even close to Amazon!). Please note: Banggood is rated as F at Better Business Bureau. So I don't think I need to add anything else...
