Delivery is usually as indicated, sometimes a little slower, sometimes a little faster. Delivery from EU warehouses is often fast.
Products can be hit or miss, just read the reviews and you'll be able to avoid most problems.
Had two orders that went missing, and Banggood shipped new ones out for both, so customer service is good although you have to wait a while.
