I wanted an open access DVD storage that could stack and still have easy access. Found what I thought was the right product and contacted their support team with my questions. They lied openly to me about the capabilities of the unit even after I clarified a second time with then. I ordered 6 units and when they came they niether fitted the DVD nor stacked or had easy access. After some very very painful communications they agreed to refund on 5 units and I didn't have to return, so, as I had no use for them as is, I disposed of them. Banggood then proceeded to challenge the refund in the 6th unit for some reason, even saying if I wanted a refund on the 6th I would, at my expense have to send back all 6. They ended up refunding about half the cost of the last unit so not too much out of pocket. In Summary, the product descriptions were not accurate, they absolutely lied to get my business, communicating with them was the most painful experience and there are better product resellers out there. I will avoid Banggood.
