First my parcel was lost in transit and late it was miraculously found the day it was being delivered then all electricals failed inside first time using it . They accepted it was a faulty product sent to me but then tell me to pay postage to send back which would be most of the cost of the item . Continuos stalling and going around in circles . This has been going on for nearly a month
