Ordered an item in early October. As of the 24th it has not moved. Banggood didn’t answer requests until I complained to PayPal.
The courier they are using has been sitting on this delivery for over 6 weeks and can only be contacted by email, which they don’t answer.
After checking up on the carrier Banggood use, I find they are Chinese with only 6 staff in Australia.
I don’t have this trouble with AliExpress.
