Banggood is a catastrophically bad company when you return something. Requires pictures on the packaging with barcodes, just like saving on empty boxes. In addition, they want you to create a lot of images and videos that show the product defective. It is so complicated that it is not worth all the work. Luckily it was a low price product so I can take the loss, but will never buy anything from them again. Really bad company, AVOID!
