I find BanGGood to be first class in almost every regard. They have a good range of affordable products of reasonable quality. Their customer service staff are helpful, courteous and professional. Their logistics service is reliable and almost always on-time. The biggest weakness (for me) is the Website which I find close to unusable. BangGood, *please* get your Web Team to read the WCAG and learn basic computing concepts like the use of database transactions. If you can fix the Website, I will recommend BG to my customers. If it remains as it is, I cannot recommend your company.
