I bought battery operated chainsaw that arrived with two batteries. After 8 hrs of attempting to charge those batteries they wouldn’t charge. Reached to banggood for return and refund they started to ask me to perform all kind of tests and requested I should have some special tools which I didn’t have. They even asked to find someone who may have such tool to help me with the test which I told I don’t have anyone to help me. They refused to take the item back and suggested to refund me about 40%. This is a scam they sent out a defective product they refused to take back and would not issue a full refund. Be aware of these folks they will be happy to take your money and they are at no obligation to honor their written commitments. They keep writing back and forth with the hope you go away or get tired and accept the minimum so be aware.
