Under no circumstances buy from Banggood, the customer service is awful. Bought an electric bike, less than a year old and and it stopped working. Have been going back and forth for last 8 WEEKS. Still not resolved. Get standard email saying the supplier still not answered to them. AWFUL SERVICE. Do not be tempted by slightly cheaper prices. im not stuck with a bike that does not work even after sending videos of the issue. * Had update from Banggood saying that "Your display has 6 months warranty, it was out of warranty, if you want a new display , you should pay for it. Or you may buy or repair it in the local store." so to clarify DO NOT BUY from Banggood there displays on the bike i spent £1500 on stopped working after less than 1000 miles and and 8 months old.
