I bought a pair of sandals (good), but they were too large and I tried to return them.
There customer service is atrocious. I felt the person I was talking with over emails did not understand anything that I was trying to communicate.
Return policy ridiculous. To return an item you have to send it back to China, which is a minimum of $21. The item I purchased was only $48 dollars including shipping.
Wish I had found this website before I purchased.
