Total scammer, I bought a hose for my portable ac unit and their pictures and description is misleading. After you receive it half open (probably somebody else who had the same problem as me and returned it) they ask you to send pictures and a video which I did because so they say their customer service and your happiness with the product is very important to them ya right. They never answered me they wait for their warranty to return the product to expire and than they will say "well you were not within the day's range to return it" total total BS. Stay away from this outfit nothing they sell is legit and good. I am also waiting for an adapter for my ac hose the original one and I'm still waiting they probably never shipped it and grab the money
