Don't purchase from this company! My item was faulty upon arrival. I have been emailing Banggood for months and the customer service team just reply 'I will escalate your concerns', but nothing ever happens. Finally they asked for more photos, then a video, then its escalating again!. This is just a strategy in the hope you will give up trying to get your money back or a replacement. At one point, Banggood offered me USD7 dollars as compensation (for a $170 item!) They are a company that do not care. Do not purchase from Banggood. It's taken 3 months and I have lost my money.
