Dear authorities and readers. I have but a Xiapmi Youpin Five Smart UVC Lamp (it build with 2x very sensitive and thin glass bulps and need an good protection) from Banggood.com. Because they send it only with itselfs cartoon and dont secure it with any bubble paper or etc. it was comes broken. I had make a evidence video and take pictures and proof it to Banggood. They apology and promise send a safer packed item and send a new one. But the second one was exactly the same without any safer packing and its bulbs was broken too. They apology the second time and promise send this time really protected one. I have agree and wait an other 1.5 months for delivery. I was shocked as i see this one was again packed without any protection and the bulbs was broken again. I was very dissapointed and angry but the Banggood Coustumer Sevice write the promise write this problem to the item carrier and let send it absolutely safer this time. They send it for the 4 time but as you can guess they send it again without additional safer material like any bubble paper etc. I was very angree and write this to the Banggood.com Coustumer Service, the had promiss me to send it safer 4 times but they had dont keep their promises!. This time write me the Banggood.com Coustumer Service they can make a refund but they write i can only get almış %30 less than i paid and they would not pay the additiomal fees back. However had payed for additional insurance for additional fees and the Banggood policies and regulations says they make full refund if the item not arrives or of it comes demaged. Banggood.com sell a extra insurance for all this for extra high payment. Because the item have a long way from China and cross overseas i had buy extra insurance and pay for much mor for all fees inclusive. But they will now pay less than i have payed and dont pay back the additional fees. All this payment have proof (all sended to Banggood.com), i have take from all conversations screen pictures. Banggood looks coustumer friendly until you need to use the insurance, after they are very incompatible and dont wont and need fairness for the coustumers. I am very dissaponted with Banggood.com and search for institutions/places (online and physical) for seek my rights as Coustumer. Hope for get any help. Thank you.
