I created a new account and was offered a $20 coupon. I livechated several times to find out how to get the $20 as I buying an RC plane. Their livechat customer person, promised to send an email to explained how to apply the $20. Never got the email (twice I was told of the email). Now, that I find out that is only $12, the coupon expired. There was not information about coupons expired. This lack of transparency, only results on customers going to other vendor sites. You lost me as a customer.
