Banhams used to be one of the best lock companies in the UK. I have numerous services with them, but their maintenance service has become complete rubbish. They refuse to answer calls, nobody will take any responsibility and getting a supervisor to call you back is impossible. Considering how much they charge, they should call customers back immediately, but they do not bother. I emailed customerservice at banhams at least five times and have not heard back from a manager or a supervisor. All they are good at doing is sending huge bills, and the service is rubbish. Save your money - never use Banhams.
