Even if it looks like you have money in the account there, there is nothing. when you try to make a withdrawal the transfer will stop at 80% and you have to pay to get a code, when you enter the code the transaction will stop at 85% and you have to pay again, then 90% and you have to pay and so it continues.
even if you pay 100%, there is no money.
