After finally getting the banners somewhat like i wanted, I could not log in using my main email address because my password was not working and tried 8 times using the reset password feature. I would get emails, but link never worked. Re-registered using another email address and mew password and that pulled my basic contract info. Tried calling but, but as is normal for most customer service reps I could not hear the person. While I need additional banners for another event and i will try this site again, if i have the same trouble it will be my last visit
