I was very disappointed when I saw the cost of shipping. I had been working with another site and their shipping was $5.99 for the same size vinyl banner. I would have not put the order through but my grandchildren were here and I needed to hurry. I think this is a scheme that allows you to charge less for the item and I resent it!!!! Hope the banner at least looks good.
