My banner came in misprinted 2 days before my event. The moment it came in, i opened it. Im so glad I did because if i had waited until that night, i would have not received the correct banner in time. The customer service guy was great. He stayed on the phone the entire time as he waited for approval for an ok to reprint. However, he said he guaranteed the banner would be in by noon the day of my event. My event was at 3pm. They shipped with fedex and when i received the confirmation fedex could NOT guarantee it to be to me by noon. They said by 8 pm. I had so much anxiety not knowing if the banner would be in by my event time. I paid extra for expedited shipping, which was more than the banner itself. I didn't get a followup asking if the banner made it, was everything ok…. Nothing. And Instill was charged full price for the banner and shipping! However when the correct banner came in, it was great quality with durability,. It was also appealing to the eye and made my event special, but im not sure if the stress of getting the misprinted banner and then getting the correct banner at 2pm when my event was at 3pm.
