although Matt in the art department was very helpful, this was not a good experience. I ordered two banners at the same time and using the same template. One design was completed without a problem. the second was corrupted and I had to recreate the design. It took 4 days for the art department to decide that the design was corrupted and then the price went up $9! Although our uploaded logo in .svg format displayed perfectly in the upload area, it was altered every time on the banner design space. (This same uploaded logo worked just fine on the first banner.). Not only did I have to create the banner twice, I had to remove the logo, delay the project and pay a higher fee!
