Maybe they are too fast!! I placed an order at 4:15ish pm ET on the 25th of January. Found out that the QR Codes that I had generated required a subscription to keep using them and so I emailed Banners on the Cheap at 8:41pm ET. and asked that they hold off on printing the banner until I get the QR Code issue fixed. I received an auto generated email stating that it could take 2 business days to respond. I sent an email with the updated information at 8:11am ET. I did not get a response to this email. I felt that this was plenty quick enough to get the files in place for the banner to be printed properly. Then this afternoon at 4:03p (Monday) I get an email that says, sorry we printed it and shipped it with the original information. But we can discount reprinting..... My original email was sent after their office closed and the email with the corrected information was sent before their office opens. But they say that I should have spoke with them...... NOT HAPPY.
