MY FIRST ORDER HAD 2 PROBLEMS: RECEIVED A BANNER WITHOUT THE MODIFICATIONS I MADE WITH THE REP. BASICALLY MY PROOF WAS NOT HONORED. SECOND THE FLAG I ORDERED DID NOT EXIST AND THE REP COULD NOT HELP ME FIND SOMETHING OF SIMILAR PRICE. HERE I AM AGAIN, TRYING TO GET THIS ORDER IN AND THE WEBSITE IS FAULTY , ONE OF MY DESIGNS COULD NOT BE ADDED TO THE CART AND I HAD TO START FROM SCRATCH. REPS DID NOT EVEN OFFER FREE SHIPPING , WHICH IS THE LEAST THEY COULD DO. SO, HERE I AM HOPPING MY REPLACED ITEM AND MY NEW ITEMS GET TO ME ASAP FOR THE OPENING OF MY STORE.
