I am trying to use Banners on the Cheap again. My last banner is not usable - I recognize i sent a file with the actual graphic line box in it and foolishly approved it - I was on the phone with your rep and they said the pixels weren't great and I accepted that - when she sent over the proof I hastily glanced at it on my phone and didn't see the graphic line. I know it's my responsibility but would have loved someone from your team to point it out to me.
