I hope I didn't reorder an order I placed previously. I want my money back for all shipping and inconsistencies invovling my last 2 banner orders. or a full refund if my items are not what I submitted. I'm not very happy with process considering the money I spent for my event which is Saturday 10/12-10/13 in which I actually needed the banners for.
