I tried to speak to someone on the phone about checking on something for the design. She was incredibly rude. She said that I needed to hit submit 1st to buy it, then I could call back to tell the art department that I needed to approve the design. I tried to explain that I was about to hit submit, but wanted to speak to someone 1st, because the last time we bought a sign it was not sent to us for approval before being printed, so that is why I was calling BEFORE I bought it. She spoke to me like I was dumb, but was not realizing that the reason for my concern was because it was not my experience with this company to just wait and they would contact me. I was trying to be as polite as possible, but she was so condescending it was impossible to speak to her. She ended up hanging up on me. I just wanted to speak to someone in the art department about my question and she refused to help. I am seriously considering using my old company that I worked for for future sign orders. They are further away, but are always willing to help.
