Your system is not friendly to fixing issues on submitted jobs. I am glad that you let me know that there was a problem with the design. In years past you did not notify me that there were issues. The design is now fixed, but at the extra expense to me for shipping 2 separate orders that you received on the same day being delivered to to same address in two separate containers. But I guess that's ok since I'm the one paying for it. Sometimes y'all are GREAT. BUT, times like this, makes me think I need to look elsewhere to get my banners printed. You show NO customer service skills to help the customer. Your motto should be "Take or leave it, this is what we do! Nothing extra.
