I am a little disappointed that my first order was not printed. This banner is for an event. I placed the order and did not hear from you guys until a couple of weeks later. Then I got an email that there was a glitch in the system and it didn't print. I have to wait up to 2 weeks for a refund and to reorder I have to completely reenter and set up the banner. This is very disappointing. You offered nothing for your error. You should have offered a discount or free overnight shipping to compensate for your glitch. I have entered and purchased the banner again. Now I would like to know if you will print and ship to me ASAP!
