I'm so pleased that my loaves have stepped up a level with the rings around the banneton basket which imprint the pattern onto the dough while it is proofing, and gives it that signature spiral. I learned from researching prior to my order, that the quality and material of bannetons is important. Your bannetons are superb quality and ideal for artisanal bread making at home :) Thank you. Ohh and my lame creates magic!!
