Since when did Barclays turn into a cowboy outfit! For he amount of various bank charges, that they drain my businesses, you would expect there business banking customer service to be half decent ! A simply query or simply action requires a chain of people to approve it! Then if there system is not crashing, or you have the patience to be on hold for over an hour, your issue might get sorted ! Frustrating , when you agree something, Barclays mess up now i'm having to do all the chasing and over look the incompetence (again). The best one was, they will send me an email and i had to print off the document and send it back into them like they are running low on printer ink and cant afford stamps! Ive noticed lately that they can fix problems on the computer , but for some reason they keep trying to send out documents, to get signed and sent back in, which delays the issue further by another week or 2! Whats' the point of having a high street bank if we cant walk in there and sign a document ! I should have stuck to my guns and changed banks! Barclays you should be embarrassed !
