What went wrong? Everything. Barclays is a JOKE. The worst banking experience in my life. Their customer service is a misunderstanding. They have first blocked my account with no explanation, cleared my main account with no explanation, then closed my account also with no explanation whatsoever. They are keep holding all the oney I had on my savings account and do not want to give it back even though I have done everythig they asked for. I have made a complaint that they promise to resolve "as soon as possible", another joke. They have said they would resolve it withing a month giving the exact date for it and then what? Then they gave themselves another month for investigation, when there really isn't that much to investigate. All in all they have taken away all the money from me, they make problems giving it back, which lets be honest is stealing. And this has been going on for OVER 2 MONTHS. The customer service? There is not even one person with the ability to professionally serve customers, they are being rude and unhelpfull, some of them give incorrect information. So what is Barclays doing to their emlpoyees that they hate their jobs so much? Well, if they're treating their employees same as their customers, then I do not blame them for not giving a damn to do their job well.
I wound not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.
