A bunch of crooked thieves and scammers. Ground floor atm out of order. Advised to use another atm on first floor outside the building in the rain. And as expected with every atm, i deposited my cash and the atm eats £20. All these atm's are dodgy. Spoke to a member of staff and was advised they'll check it tonight and let me know tomorrow. Lets see what happens. In general i wouldn't be visiting this branch ever again. Also if i don't get my £20 back in my account, a complaint will be coming and if not resolved, taking every penny out. Visited the branch and heard some made up stories without a single contact or evidence. Nothing at all. No email. No letter. Spoke to Karen and Alana. Manager not interested either.
