My wife and I visited the Barclays Diamonds shop in the Elements at Almondvale Shopping Centre Livingston. We were both made very welcome from the moment we entered until we left. The shop and staff were using Various COVID control measures, this was good to see and helped to make us feel safe. Helen and Pauline were the staff members who looked after us on this visit. They both tended to our needs with a very friendly, professional and attentive Manner and ultimately helped us to explore all the options.
