I received my Loon chocolate plaited leather sandals today. Bared came to the rescue when I ordered a pair on 1st Sept and they never arrived, due to COVID Aust Post hold up. When I emailed them about this, their service was fantastic. They got straight on to it and sent me another pair which arrived promptly this time. I absolutely love my new sandals. So comfortable and stylish.
