After speaking with the Bared team over the phone, I visited the Melbourne CBD store where Anna kindly assisted in adjusting the shoes to create a custom fit for my feet. She additionally provided gel spots and leather stretch spray for the shoes which have been immensely helpful. The shoes now fit perfectly with minimal pain. Many thanks to the Bared team for being so helpful, I would recommend Bared for the customer service alone! Original review: These were my first pair of bared shoes after hearing the rave reviews but these really hurt my feet. The top of the shoes bruised the bottom of my shins for the first few months and I have found that I cannot walk for long in these shoes as they cause pain on the outer side of my foot very oddly! I otherwise can’t fault the manufacturing quality and look - just wish these didn’t hurt! :( Especially sad given I had saved up for a while to get these!
