I ordered a clock and it arrived damaged in 5 different places. I phoned them straight away and complained and they collected item and delivered another one. This clock was also damaged so I am now awaiting a refund. The second clock was picked up over a week ago and still no one has contacted me like I was told they would.
I have waited in for 2 delivery's and 2 collections now and staff on phone don't seem bothered at all.
I wont be ordering from there again.
