My Daughter has been using your bags as a professional dog walker for some time, this is why I bought her one of your bags for Christmas as she literally wears them out during the course of a year. I will be getting one for myself as I have also started to walk dogs for her. For me it would be better if the 2 metal clips on the front were spaced a little further apart (40 to 50 cm) and that the reflective strap was supplied as standard. We both like that the shoulder strap clips are now heavy duty as this part has really worn on her original bag. That said they are the best on the market.
