Had my bag nearly a year now and I love it I have absolutely no complaints, I do recommend this bag. However, brought a second bag for my Mum and the strap has changed material, more of a shiny material now and the silver buckle keeps sliding down it won't hold at the length my Mum likes it at. Emailed barking bags to ask about getting another strap in the original material and they said they could not help.
