I found the bag online and on Amazon. I chose to purchase from the company direct and when the bag arrived, realised it wasn’t suitable in size for my needs. There was no returns slip or postage label. So I emailed Barking Bags direct for instructions. I received a reply to say I would need to return it as new in original packaging (of course) and that I would need to pay for postage to return it and recommended signed for! Then if I wanted an exchange, pay for delivery of the replacement (irrelevant as I hadn’t mentioned exchange, only a return)
Had I bought this through Amazon, I could drop it up at the local Post office and have a refund in less than 24 hours! Support the retailer they say! Confused in Brighton 😵💫
