The coffee is excellent but the customer service is only a one star. I could never get the customer service to answer there phone when I called to check on a return I sent back and I hadn’t received a refund from them in 2 weeks so I had to call my credit card company and have them take care of the refund by getting them to take care of it. That’s pretty sad when you buy a thermos cup for $50.00 and it doesn’t even keep you coffee hot for 1/2 an hour and you call to find out how to send it back and you don’t get a response after 6 calls into Barnies. And I have been a customer of there’s for 28 years since they were in Michigan at the Summer Set Mall in Troy Michigan. I used to buy a 5 pound bag of Cool Cafe Blues in the whole bean bag but they stopped selling that and they stopped selling the whole bean small bag also. You can only find there coffee online now or in Florida at the Merrill outlets mall.
