I was a little frustrated by the ordering process. I tried to use a 20% discount coupon and it kept saying my order was ineligible for that discount. Not realizing my selection did not apply for the 20% was not clear from the email or website. That's when I reverted to the 15% discount for case orders (not easy to find that but I knew it existed). The free shipping promotion did apply and was easy. The coffee came in a few days.
