Website was very easy to navigate. Got a great deal with free shipping. I chose the overnight shipping which populated as free at checkout. I received an email four days later stating the free shipping was only valid for ground and not valid for the expedited shipping. I was told they would send me some free coffee for the trouble which was only two small samples. They said the free ground shipping was listed on their website but I never saw it. It was probably written in small print. They should have honored the overnight free shipping. Its not my fault the website screwed up! Also package arrived smashed in on one side and dented.
