Product choice is reasonable but could be improved. Freight costs are excellent. Web site is very glitchy and difficult to use - even the new site. Communication was poorly lacking (no acknowledgement of an order, payment or dispatch) and delay to dispatch is slow (I have been waiting 3 week for an other item so far).
